Hire people that are diverse when you’re building up a business. You will get a much more expansive range of ideas and perspectives from different age groups, as well as from different educational and cultural backgrounds. Try not to hire an entire team that is similar to you. Your ability to innovate will be severely restricted. It may also lead to a company that fails based on your weaknesses.
